I'm one of the last of my friends to have children but the first time I saw the Tripp Trapp I knew I wanted one when I had kids. I saw toddlers using it and loved how it sat at the table instead of separate from it. One of my friends said she wished she had bought the chair in a color rather than one that matched the wood of her dining table. I took her advice and bought the Green chair which looks great with our Black IKEA table. I cannot say enough good things about this chair!!

I think there is a lot of great stuff on this website, but I cannot imagine having my baby actually sit in this highchair. Where's the padding? Where's the comfort? I wouldn't want to sit in a chair like this... why would I want my child to? Someone without children designed this chair simply because they thought it would look "cool" in some ultra-modern kitchen.

This is the perfect highchair. I don't have to store it when grandchild isn't here. It tucks away in the corner of my dining room and still looks nice. I won't have to get toddler seats when they grow and it will become a useful seat when there are no more small children coming over.

We purchased two of these chairs for our children who are 4 and 2.5. I needed something to strap them in at the dinner table and they were getting too big for a high chair, plus, we wanted them to feel like big girls and did not want them in a highchair anymore.
These chairs are great! Very easy to clean and my girls love having their "own" chairs. Straps work fine and the chairs do not tip over. The seats are also adjustable so you can bring the seat down very easily as your child gets older.
It didn't take me very long to put them together. I am a very visual person, and the instructions were easy to follow.
