With the STOKKE Care Changing Table, you can face your child while you’re changing him/her. This makes the job easier and encourages eye contact and interaction between you and your child. The idea behind the unique hour-glass design of the STOKKE Care Changing Table is to give the baby freedom of movement without sacrificing safety.

The STOKKE Care Changing Table allows the baby space to move their arms and legs freely, but it does not allow enough space in the middle to let the baby roll over easily. It is not recommended, however, that you ever leave the baby unattended on the changing table.

The STOKKE Care Changing Table is height adjustable with two different working levels to fit any size user. With less bending over, you reduce the strain on your back and shoulders, and also have better control of the always active child. Adjusts as your child grows.

As your baby grows out of the changing unit, it can be converted into a small desk. The desk shape and size is ideal for two children to play games on, paint or draw. The STOKKE Care Changing Table can also be used as a bookshelf, CD rack, TV stand or a combination of them all. Includes with two large storage baskets and two plastic storage containers, perfect for diapers, lotions, cloths, powder and other necessities.

Mattress:
The mattress is made of polyurethane foam and has an acrylic-coated cotton textile that is water-repellent. The curved shape prevents it from sliding off, and the weight of the mattress helps it stay in place. At the top, the mattress has a barrier for extra safety.

Cleaning and maintenance:
Mattress: Wipe with a clean cloth moistened with a mild detergent.
Wood: Wipe with a clean damp cloth, and wipe off excess water. We do not recommend the use of any detergent. Colors may change if they are exposed to the sun. All water should be wiped off after use.
