Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We will accept a return or exchange, with an original receipt, within 30 days of delivery. You can return the item back to our warehouse or any of our retail store locations. Products must be unused and in original packing. A refund of the price of the product (along with any taxes) will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

Gift Return

If you return an item purchased as a gift, the gift recipient can request to receive a merchandise credit. Returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged for other merchandise at the current sale price. All discounted sales are final; all other sale items are eligible for an exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is returned due to damage or defective. Any retail store cash refund over $50.00, will be sent via check, from our corporate office.

Damage or Defective

To return a damaged or defective item for an online purchase, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-856-8004. Please note that to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the damaged or defective item; you must contact our customer service department before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange oversized items and items may not be returned or exchanged because of hygienic reasons. The following are subjected to this policy:

  • Oversized – Furniture and gliders
  • Mattresses
  • Breastfeeding and feeding items and accessories
  • Potty training and accessories, diapering and accessories, bath tubs and bath accessories, wipes
  • Swimwear
  • Pregnancy pillows
  • Thermometers, pacifiers, powders, liquids
  • Personalized items

Car Seat and Stroller Return Policy

In addition to the policy guidelines outlined above, some additional policies are listed below. Used strollers and car seats cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • Please set your stroller up at home on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with your child or children in it.
  • Please test all stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface.
  • Once the stroller has been used outside, we cannot accept the return as it can no longer be sold as new.
  • If you find that your car seat or stroller is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange or refund your full purchase amount.

Please follow the directions below when sending in your return.

  • Send the item in its original packaging.
  • Use packing material to prevent damage during the return shipping delivery.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or if the packing slip is not available, a note with your name, address, order number, the return reason.
  • Use a trackable shipping method (example: UPS). We are not responsible for items lost during the returned shipping process.
