Comments about phil&teds Lobster Highchair (Black/Red):
We use the lobster on our kitchen counter and we take it with us when we go out to restaurants/cafes. Love that it folds flat and has a travel bag. Our son likes being able to sit with us at restaurants and not strapped in his car seat (he is 6 1/2 months old). The seat is deep so he sits on a folded blanket to raise him up a little. Will not need the blanket anymore once he is a little bit bigger.

Comments about phil&teds Lobster Highchair (Black):
Love Love Love!!! I am disgusted by restaurant high chairs so I purchased these for my twin 10 month olds. They love them. They are now 16 months and we use them every time we go to dinner. So lightweight, durable, sturdy. My only complaint is that the tray doesn't stay in front of child, can be easily pushed away. My remedy is to place sticky disposable table cover on table then put chair on with edges of chair on sides of table cover. This way, the child cannot pull the cover up.

We take this everywhere! Its so easy to use. I love it, and my kiddos love it. The only thing I'm not sure of is securing the tray. Sometimes it slips out, but really, its not a big deal.

Comments about phil&teds Lobster Highchair (Black):
What sold me on this was the ease of latching the chair to the table. The chair has great grip and you don't need a lot of force to turn the knobs. I mostly spot clean it after each use because you can't remove strap cushions. The shoulder straps seem to fit oddly so I just use the bottom clasp positioned belly button level and it keeps him in.
The cons is it doesn't work on a lot of tables. So far it has worked at most restaurants. Most home dining tables seems to have a lip on them so it wont work. At my home or when we are visiting I tend to latch it on the breakfast counter ledge. So even though I can't use it everywhere where it does work at makes it all worth it to enjoy my meal. The standard single strap restaurant high chairs have me constantly working on putting my son back in because they're too easy to get out from.
