This mattress is very lightweight, which makes it incredibly easy to change sheets. The foam seems comfy, but is still very firm as is recommended for infants. I haven't had to clean it yet, so I can't speak to how easy it will be to do.

Very pleased with this mattress. Was looking for something non-toxic but would not cost a fortune. Other non-toxic mattress in this price range, that I tested, did not seem as firm or as environmentally friendly. Looks like it will be easy to clean, but haven't needed to yet. Wish I had gotten one for my first child.
