Good for pumping in place of a breast feeding session or for a quick supplemental pumping at the end of a feeding session. The challenge I find is pumping both breasts at once and turning the suction dial. Recommend getting the bra for hands-free pumping.

I am still waiting to use on a regular basis, but this is the pump recommended to me by all of my friends who are working mothers. Backpack style also makes it easy to tote around, even when you are also toting diaper bags and briefcases, etc. A little more expensive than other pumps but I have been repeatedly told it is worth it.
