Comments about Medela Calma Replacement Nipple:

We brought 6 of these Calma, we are using 3 now and change them after a few months. They are great! Very little air will get into your baby and the flow is just right. You dont need a Medela pump to use these, they fit on a few different brand of bottles. Their Calma & bottle combo is a better deal.
    Highly recommended!!

Comments about Medela Calma Replacement Nipple:

I loooooove this nipple! It is worth every penny! I have the Medela pump and use Medela milk storage containers. This fits on every container, so whichever one I use, I just put the nipple on and am ready to feed my baby. Like Dr. Brown's and Born Free, this reduces gassy-ness. I used to be an exclusive pumper because my baby stopped taking my breast at about 1 week old. When I started feeding her with this (around 4 and 1/2 months old) she started taking my breast again! Now, I can easily transition feedings between the bottle and breast.

The only down-side regarding this nipple is the assembly. There are basically 3 components you must fit together like a puzzle. If assembly is not perfect, it can come apart.
