After complaining that the frame, blackboard, and dry erase surface came with mars, bangs and scratches you kindly sent me another. Only slightly better. I guess I give up and live with a "lived in look" product. Not what I expect for spending on something new. Otherwise the products are great for what they are intended.

Bought this to go with the learning tower, although even by itself it is nice (since it comes with the hardware to mount on the wall). Nice look and feel and daughter loves to draw on it. Nice that it is magnetic too.
