Comments about Lil' Penguin Elite Collection Infant / Toddler Costume (12-18 months):
My son looked absolutely adorable in this costume. The body was easy to put on. The headpiece was more trouble than it was worth. My son kept taking it off. The overall fit was small. I wish there was a bigger size I could have exchanged it for. Also I wish that the cute orange feet went over the shoes instead of being slippers.
