What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, including American Express, VISA, Master Card and Discover. We also accept PayPal. If you don't currently have a PayPal account, signing up for one is easy and takes just a few minutes. Simply visit PayPal.com to set up your account. It is necessary to have a United States billing address and payment must be made in US Funds. We are unable to accept money orders or personal checks at this time.

Is it safe to use my credit card at rightstart.com?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we are not offering a gift wrap option but plan to offer it in the near future. We also plan to offer the option to enter a personalized gift message.

How much do you charge for shipping?

When will my order be shipped?

Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We know how excited you are to receive your order, so we will do everything possible to make certain it is shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

That depends on your shipping option. See our shipping time table for more details.

How do I track delivery of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation after you check out, then a shipping confirmation once your package ships. See our tracking shipments section for more details.

What does oversized mean?

Oversized items are usually larger items such as strollers, car seats, glider rockers, etc. An oversized item surcharge usually applies to these items. Check-out the oversized items section if you are purchasing an item noted as oversized for additional information.

What is your returns policy?

We stand behind the quality products we sell. Our return policy explains this completely. You can also return your online purchase to any of The Right Start store locations nationwide, where a friendly, knowledgeable sales associate can assist you.

How do I place a phone, FAX, or mail order?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept fax or mail orders at this time.

What does it mean when an item says it will be dropshipped from manufacturer?

Some products (which may include special order and personalized items) are sent directly from the manufacturer to you. This drop ship process may require additional time by the manufacturer. For your convenience we always advise you of the time required to fulfill the order on the item detail description page. These drop ship items will be drop shipped directly to you by the manufacturer to save time and get your item to you as quickly as possible. Manufacturer’s drop ship charges which may apply are noted in the item description.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax based on the delivery destination of your order. We charge tax in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky & Texas. Depending on the state’s requirements, we may also be required to charge sales tax on the shipping charges.
