What does 'noreturn' mean?
No merchandise returns are allowed.  If you receive a damaged item we will gladly replace it as long as you notify us within 10 days of receipt.  To notify us of a damaged item send email to customerservice@rightstart.com and be sure to include your order number, item description and details regarding the condition of the item. 

Packages sent to our warehouse without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
From the shopping cart page, enter a new quantity in the “quantity” box for the item and click “update.”

How do I remove items from my cart?
From the shopping cart page, click the “Remove” link in the quantity box of the item you wish to remove.

Why can’t I select gift wrap for some of my purchases?
We are unable to offer gift wrap on oversized items (such as strollers, car seats, glider rockers, etc.) or on items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If an item can be gift wrapped, you will see a check box in the shopping cart allowing you to select gift wrap for that item.

Is my purchase secure?
Our Secure Server encrypts all of your personal information, so your purchase and account information remains completely protected and totally secure.

How do I make sure I receive my order confirmation email?
Please add us to your email address book so our email doesn't get filtered out by your "junk mail" or "SPAM" filter. Order confirmations will come from: customerservice@rightstart.com
