Join us as we welcome ASCM-certified Teddi B of Hot Mamas Exercise for a special introduction into getting back in shape as a new mom and with baby in tow. Make sure to bring your stroller (any stroller is fine), a yoga mat, a towel and water (we highly recommend some sunscreen and a hat as well!). Your route will begin at Right Start and will continue throughout the beautiful Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
