Product came unwrapped with no card, even when I paid extra for it. It was a huge inconvenience because I knew I would be running late and I had to go out of my way to find a way to wrap it and find a card last minute. It was also packaged in a much larger box with no padding, so the gift's box was slightly banged up. Product was fine, but displeased with service.

This is a great product!! It's so stylish yet practical. I bought other drying racks but the bottles would fall off or there wasn't enough space. This is both spacious and well designed!
