We looked into so many strollers for our twin baby girls. We found the City Select with the second seat and was hesitant because of the price. We looked around some more and went back to the city select. It is so smooth and easy to fold. The wheels are perfect for anything, we even took it on the hard sand at the beach. We bought the trays and use the stroller as a "high chair" for the girls when it's meal time and we're not home. We used the Britax car seats and the attachments for the stroller we so easy we just clicked in and strolled off. PERFECT stroller for twins!! I only rated the comfort of the child 4 stars because I wish the seats were able to lay down a bit more.

Had my stroller for 1 year. Love it but would wish a few things would be different...like: wish it could stand upwards when folded- in the house must always lay it flat which takes up so much space. Wish the wheels would lock when folded. Wish the closing mechanism was easier- very stiff, always break or bend my nails. Love how easy it is to interchange the seats and face them any which way. Tilts very easily back and or forth. Loved my bassinet too. Love the handles- go up and down to adjust to your height. Love the large storage. Nice smooth ride. Like the option of a double stroller

Great stroller

By Liamsmom

Comments about Baby Jogger City Select Single Stroller (Black w/Black Frame):

DH and I did a ton of research to find the perfect double stroller two years ago before the arrival of DS as we knew that we wanted two children so we were proactive to find something that would fulfill our future for a growing family! We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The stroller is sturdy and maneuvers the city streets, with its cobblestones, uneven pavement and any other obstacles that pop up! The tires are great, we had an issue with the front tires swiveling, like a shopping cart wheel that spins uncontrollably and customer service was excellent in getting us replacements. The stroller is pretty heavy, but we don’t take it anywhere other than out for walks. I like that it’s front and rear facing and there are 16 different configurations that we will be able to try when baby number #2 arrives in October. The accessories (we literally have them all) that support this stroller have always been great. The canopy is very large and provides great protection from the sun. I like the magnetic peek a boo window, so I can take a look in there without waking him if he happens to fall asleep, which is quite often! The recline is a lever that you can release with one hand so it’s not annoying as other strollers that have a draw string option, which makes it a hassle to get it back to upright position. The hand brake is great and I prefer it over the foot brakes on most strollers. The single hand steering is very handy! I like that you can hang a lot off of the handler bars (even though this is a big no no) without the stroller tipping backwards. The basket is wonderful, living in the city and grocery shopping with this is great! I can load 3 grocery bags in there without any issue. If we are out all day, I can load everything could possibly want underneath, for long walks, it will even fit two small Yorkies underneath comfortably in their bed The telescoping handle bars are great for me at 5’7 and DH at 6/4. This stroller has a very large footprint and I find I have trouble folding it, however DH has no issue. I do wish that the foot well could be straighted so DS’s legs didn’t have to be bend when he’s napping but he doesn’t seem to be as annoyed with it as I am. I have yet to use the tandem aspect, so I can’t comment on that. All in all, we are still very happy with our decision to purchase the City Select. We can’t wait to use the gliding board when he is a little older.

Great Stroller! Needs just a few small tweaks.

Comments about Baby Jogger City Select Single Stroller (Black w/Black Frame):

I really love this stroller for my girls. Its a smooth ride and the frame is really durable. I love the configurations it offers however, I wish there was an upper adapter similar to the Uppa Baby Vista where you could increase the height of the top seat. I hate that you cannot use the recline feature if the bottom seat is facing outward which my older child prefers to do.

Comments about Baby Jogger City Select Single Stroller (Black w/Black Frame):

We use this product almost everyday. I had a single stroller and a different double stroller prior to this. Honestly I should have probably just bought this with my first. If you are planning on having more than one kid this is a great stroller. I have a 4 and a almost 2 year old. We have been using this stroller for about 8 months now and we love it. With doubles mode and a bigger toddler it is a little bit harder to push, but I still wouldn't say it's hard just a little bit more difficult to turn. I've even pushed tw0 3 year olds in it and it's definitely doable. We love it and love the configurations. It allows both kids to see with the configurations. The Britax b ready in double mode does seem a little easier to push in double mode because the configurations put one child underneath more instead of in front, which makes it less front heavy in my opinion. So if you have a heavier toddler that's a good option. We love love this stroller and haven't found much wrong with it. It's a little bulky to store but not terrible.
