This thing is so handy. It folds up and stores easily which is very handy because we live in a VERY small place and its nice to be able to put it away quickly. Its not bad to look at and its great for travel. My kid spends quite a bit of time rolling around in there and I know he's safe when I need to jump in the shower, etc. It is a little pricey but you should be able to get a couple years out of it and if you are going to have more than one kid, its worth it.

This is a great product if you and your baby are frequent travelers and prefer the convenience of a light-weight "pack and play" that's very portable. Otherwise, if you're going abroad only a few times a year, just pack the somewhat heavy "pack and play" that you likely already own and set it up; after all, it doesn't take that much longer to set it up as opposed to this travel crib. Do you really want to spend $200 plus on something you're going to use very rarely? Think again before purchasing this product. Save your money!

Comments about Baby Bjorn BABYBJORN Travel Crib Light (Blue):

We use this crib for traveling when visiting family for the weekend or even the day. It is compact and easy to set up and take down. It has its own carry case and does not take up much space. It is much lighter than other fold up cribs. Great product!

Comments about Baby Bjorn BABYBJORN Travel Crib Light (Blue):

We have flown 8 times in our sons first 2 years and we've taken this travel crib each time. It is absolutely perfect. It eliminates worries about whether hotels will have cribs available, or what condition they will be in. As described, our son cannot climb out of it, so we sleep peacefully. It is lightweight, and airlines do not charge to check up to 2 baby items. It's pricey, but if you can afford it, it's definitely worth it.

Comments about Baby Bjorn BABYBJORN Travel Crib Light (Blue):

Great product -- my son has slept in this on several out-of-town trips and he slept like a champ. The bed is easy to set up (and easy to put away and travel with -- much more compact than a pack 'n play). I also like how simple the design/style is. Not overly cutesy or overloaded with (unnecessary) features. The mattress also seems more comfortable than the Graco or Chicco versions (which my son has also slept in, with not quite as pleasant results). The only downside? The price, but if you can get it on sale, then it's absolutely worth it.

Comments about Baby Bjorn BABYBJORN Travel Crib Light (Blue):

At first I balked at the price of the BB travel crib. But I got it anyway and it is now (after my super City Elite stroller) my favorite piece of gear. My twins slept in one BB travel crib together at first. Now that they are bigger babies, I got a second crib. We not only use them for travel. These are their nap time cribs. It's wonderful to be able to move them so easily to different parts of the house. I love these cribs because they are soooo light, easy to set up, and yet they are pretty sturdy, so I feel my kids are really safe. It's also really nice that they don't have the gaudy colors of pack and plays. All in all, I now see them as providing excellent value for the price. Nothing else compares.
